- After receiving bid, request, inquiry from customers to search materials as per request - Timely providing proposals - To control timely delivery of goods - Logistics support for all orders DDP to customers - Documentation control, billings, invoices - Work experience with brokerage companies during custom clearance of goods - calculation and analyze best prices for transportation of goods from Europe, China, USA, Russia. - choosing best prices for delivery terms, EXW, FCA, DDP, etc.

Work experience as a supplier with NCOC, Total, Halliburton, Sicim, KomMunai-Tasbolat, COC Realty, etc. Searching for a certification organizations to issue COC, waiver letters for materials. Checking validity of certification on registers like nca.kz, portal.eunion.org, etc. - Receiving request for quotation for material delivery from customer; - Searching potential suppliers with best prices and best delivery terms; - Searching suppliers from local area, CIS area, Europe, USA; - Analyze prices; - Full logistic support with transportation of goods/materials from supplier to company base (request for quotations from transport companies, choose the best optimal option); - Checking all necessary documents during goods delivery to company base (invoices from suppliers to enter to 1C, certifications and other documents for materials as per customer’s request); - Control availability of all necessary documents during sending materials/goods to customer (invoices, certificates, permission entry to base for drivers, etc); - Try to find a solution in all cases without financial loss to company; without spoiling attitude and image company; - Reports for all expenses.

Functional responsibilities: - skills in JD Edwards system; - preparing assets, stock, consumables for write off (in JDE system); - full supporting vendors (requesting quotations, international and local orders, including equipment, consumables; ordering of transport for cargo); - document control of equipments (certifications, COC, all supporting documents for equipment); - control of stock; - raising work orders, work tasks; - work experiences with different data bases of company; - control the correctness of primary documents within the department (check lists, registration forms) ; - administrative works of department (full support of other departments); - control of the relevance of department primary documents, the timely introduction of the necessary changes; - control internal invoices; - visa support of department personnel; - control timesheets of department personnel; - ordering tickets to PL personnel; -timely submitting expense reports with full back up documents; -TBTs, meetings; -timely updating PL personnel portfolio; - all other administrative and support works as per PL Manager's instructions.
