ECL is a language school based in Aktobe, KZ. As a senior teacher my job is to help the students in the 3 aspects of learning the language. Speaking, Listening and Reading. In the last 4 years I have achieved a lot of success in doing just that. The level of spoken English has gone up tremendously and subsequently I believe ECL is currently the number 1 school for learning English in Aktobe. As the head of admin. my responsibilities included controlling the team of senior teachers, their d-to-d activities, management meetings, controlling KPI’s, staff recruitment, staff motivation, client complaints, helping in organizing team events and overall being the second in command. My students really appreciate what I do for them and two years ago I introduced an anonymous rating system where I received a success rate of 95%. As for ECL itself I was instrumental in transforming the pre class tutoring and management system from the ‘old analogue’ to the ‘new digital’ one. The company now works from a cloud where all the staff can access material directly without depending on physical material. This has created a tremendous saving in terms of time and money.
