Managing and coordinating all aspects of the company operations regarding QMS, Safety, Training, Environmental and Health services. Lead the HSE department of the FGP project, starting with the mobilization of the company in the Tengiz field; Created an occupational safety management system in accordance with all TCO requirements, the system division included the Safety, ELC, Industrial Hygiene, IIF, MVS and Emergency groups; Successfully completed all ELC, MVS, Industrial Hygiene, CHESM audits and scored 96% in aggregate. During the pandemic, developed, implemented and managed the COVID19 prevention system at the entrusted facilities, which included such aspects as: PODDing, Clean camp & Crew change. Two times awarded for 2020 improved HSE KPI’s Metrics and for 2020 TCO COVID Prevention by Contract Holder. .

• Identify, Develop and prioritize implementation of Company Annual HSE activity Plan, HSE procedures, Work Instructions, Guidance, Notes, etc; • Responsible for manage HSE matters at Mining liaising with the Director of mining, Maintenance director and Logistics departments to ensure alignment in HSE requirements and implementations; • Lead, and coordinate the effective and efficient management of the HSE function at mining providing quality and timely support to the Head of departments in compliance with the Company HSE policies and HSE Management systems; • Support application of all Corporate HSE programs and processes; • Develop and steer the implementation of HSE Plan and strategies for the mining; • Execute the role of HSE expertise and delegate to HSE team members the implementation of HSE tools such as HEMP related activities (e.g. Radiation Safety, Drilling, Logistics HSE Cases, Job Hazard Analysis and other Risk Assessments tools) and other HSE related activities including implementing the HSE Contracting processes; • Execute the role of HSE expertise when assigned as a member of incident investigation team member to ensure alignment with Company’s Incident Investigation & Reporting Procedure. Also, execute the role of HSE expertise when undertaking ERT duty; • Review and produce HSE schedules and prepare HSE related documentations for Contractor Tender package. This includes Assess tender HSE evaluation; • Coordinate administration, development and training of HSE Team personnel including mentoring programs of National Safety Team staff and providing support to all departments at the Company. This includes verify the continuous implementation of ISO/OHSAS Standard Certification compliance and effective operations of the HSE case; • Focal point for Incident Investigation & Reporting (II&R) and updating MoniThor system; • Act as Deputy Civil Defense Headquarters Chief; • Monitor & control mining HSE lagging & leading Key Performance Indicators (KPI);

Managing the KATCO operations in South of KZ (Chimkent/TAUKENT) in an efficient and effective manner while permanently ensuring full compliance with the company standards of performance as well as the standards imposed by local authorities. Ensure efficient and effective performance of all company employees and contractors active in South of KZ (Chimkent/TAUKENT). Make sustained efforts for minimizing direct and indirect costs incurred as result of KATCO operations in South of KZ (Chimkent/TAUKENT).
