• Ensure the correct implementation of the Contractor's (and in compliance with Company) HSE plan. • Ensure the implementation of HSE Audit program in close coordination with the Contractor. Ensure the deficiencies coming out from the Audit are addressed and recommendations implemented. • Cooperate closcly with Contractor HSE Representative to generate joint initiatives for enhancing HSE awareness and leadership. • Ensure the permit-to-work system is implemented in line with Company guidelines and Contractor procedures. Ensure that the LOTO system is in place. • Act as the focal point for Accident/Incidents reporting and statistics, liaising with the HSE Department of the Company Head Office. • Develop, maintain, and disseminate accurate HSE statistics, reflecting Project HSE performance against established goals. • Ensure that the Contractor follows local environmental regulations and provides emission data and reports in compliance with regulatory authority requirement. • Responsible for the management of the environmental interfaces between the Company and the Contractor. • Ensure adequate HSE training of the project workforce. • Provide advice to the Project Management Team on new and impending HSE Legislation. • Ensure satisfactory communications with: COMPANY's Head Office. Contracts.

• Support the Project and Operations team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, and environmental issues. • Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE-related matters. • Support the department on the implementation of company-wide HSE initiatives. • Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with company policies and procedures and client requirements. • Ensure training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s construction site training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc. • Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting. • Conduct HSE training and orientation for all new employees. • Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with company policies and safety standards.

• Management of the evacuation process from the MA to a safe place in compliance with the evacuation procedure; • Ensuring the registration and introduction of appropriate control and technical documentation; Providing guidance to the MA while moving personnel to the MA, including counting personnel, determining the status of personnel gathered at the MA; • Ensuring the safety of the MA; • Develops and presents training to employees on emergency response and security topics such as emergency procedures, evacuation, and active shooter. • Plans, designs, and executes emergency response drills and desktop exercises, and evaluates the efficacy of the drills and exercises.

• Ensuring that all project work activities are implemented in accordance with the NCOC N.V HSSE Policies and Procedures and industry best practices where applicable. • Assist the Project Safety Supervisor to ensure that all Contractor(s) comply with the timely submissions of the necessary data for preparation of the Monthly HSSE Statistics. • Support on coordinating internal communications and relations with Project staff regarding HSE subject matter. • Providing advice and support to the Contractor(s) in such activities as Risk Assessment, environmental monitoring and etc. • Participate in conducting Site HSE inspections and any other HSE related inspections within their individual capability, e.g. Pre mobilization inspections, Contractor(s) Field Camp Inspections etc. • Participate in Incident Investigations and using his/her experience and knowledge to provide advice to assist the Company and Contractor(s) in compiling an accurate report with achievable recommendations. • Support Contractor(s) site HSE and Site Management to form effective HSE management within Project areas. • Conduct site Golden Rules Compliance inspection and PTW L2 audits together with the writing of reports and close out of corrective actions. • Support in the review of Contractor(s) Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Permit to Work (PTW) documentation for safe and good working practices. • Support in the review of Contractor(s) Emergency Response Plans, Project HSSE Plans and other HSE related procedures. • Support the Project Safety Supervisor to regular HSE meetings with Contractor(s) NCOC N.V employees. • Providing advice on diverse safety issues relating to all aspects of all construction, equipment/plant and safe systems of work. • Development, translation and delivery of Project HSSE Induction slide pack to visitors or Contractor(s) and Company staff when necessary. • Support of Contractor(s) HSE and Supervisory staff to perform effective Tool Box Talks on Project work area. • The ability to deputies for the Project Safety Supervisor or Coordinator during periods of his/her absence. • Ability to maintain various trend analysis and visual dashboard in Project E.g.
