 Working with Mech/Piping P & ID drawings  Check the progress of construction, the quality of construction and installation works, as well as the materials, products, designs approved design estimates to working drawings. Reviewing of equipment, tools calibration certificates, making sure an approved tools or method is used.  Performing all QC activities related to piping / welding / mechanical in accordance with ITP, procedures, applicable codes & standards.  Working with Flange Management Web Portal. EDMS Document system.  Witnessing Flange Management Inspection as per Flange management Procedure: • Verify the correct type and grade of compact flanges, bolt, nuts, seal rings, size (diameter and length), and material prior to installation. • Verify flange face for damage and cleanliness and prep. for gasket. • Verify correct Gasket • Verify two-hole alignment correct • Witness flange joint where applicable • Verify as per Isometric • Verify that personals are Qualified • Verify certificate of bolting operations and machining services as hydraulic bolt tensioners, hydraulic torque wrenches • Verify the apply Lubricant Jet lube 550 or approved equivalent • Verify Correct Bolt Tightening
