HR/Administrative Manager
Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top managementinformation needs. Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues. Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Contracts with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services. Be involved in the creating and sustaining a company culture that supports the HSSE MS active participation in successful handling of HSSE matters Ensure all employees fully understand their individual and collective responsibility for HSSE performance Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the HSSE MS in their particular areas Actively involved in the identification of hazards and effects in particular areas Responsible for, the conduct and verification of activities and tasks according to relevant Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions.
